Guest Blog Post: Top Picks for Families to do in the Area

Guest Blog Post: Mommy by the River

Happy Valentine’s Day Weekend! In honor of this festive holiday, my family will be indulging in our traditional heart-shaped pancakes for breakfast and ending the day with chocolate fondue complete with a variety of fun things to dip! Whatever your plan is, make sure to show those who are dear to you just how much you care about them. A simple phone call can mean so much!

In my Top Picks for this weekend, you will find fun places to bring your kids in the following towns: Algonquin, Bartlett, Bloomingdale, Crystal Lake, Elgin, Geneva, Hoffman Estates, Schaumburg, St. Charles, and Wheaton. Best of all, they are all FREE or CHEAP! Please note that all of the events listed are drop-in and require no registration. And if they ask who sent you…tell them The Mommy did!

DISCLAIMER: The events posted below may change due to weather and other crazy circumstances, so I do encourage you to phone and/or check event information before heading out.
